Abstract

The presentation bases on the conceptual work done in the European Project "EMMA" (6FP, DG TREN). All conceivable A-SMGCS services, functions, and technical enablers are outlined and brought together by an innovative concept that bases on the ICAO A-SMGCS Manual 9830.
