Abstract
This paper introduces an innovative methodological approach for European ANSP-Assessment. An evaluation of potential methodologies identified the application of the multidimensional Data Envelopment Analysis combined with a Regression Analysis as an appropriate procedure in ANSP assessment activities. In addition, the paper introduces an innovative modular benchmarking scheme for an in-depth investigation of ANSP-Efficiency.
