Abstract
The objective of this paper is first to identify the conditions robustness and resilience of the air transport system. Thus, this paper intends to deliver the basis for future developments that allow a more objective evaluation of actions to enhance preparedness against disrupting weather events of the air traffic system in order to reduce vulnerability.
