Abstract
This presentation describes the different methods and approaches to testing and commissioning from the systems level perspective. Effects of activities up stream of the testing and commissioning processes are considered and how these feed through to have significant effects on the requirements of testing and commissioning activities, increasing costs. By altering these processes savings can be obtained from the testing and commissioning.
