Abstract

The aim of this work is to examine production-related influences on adhesive surfaces that occur in the context of production. For this purpose, various methods of conditioning for substrates are chosen on carbon fiber-reinforced plastic. In addition, attempts to infiltrate the test plates, which are intended to serve as substrates for adhesion tests, by using the "Single Line Injection" without an autoclave. In these experiments, the compaction will be analyzed. The analyze regards the test plates produced through the autoclave and without the autoclave. As a demonstrate device, the sinus-omega-MALE frame will be produced. The infiltration will be done with the experiences from the infiltration of the test plates and set the target fiber volume fraction. The production without an autoclave is economically very attractive, because it is possible to produce a device without the use of an autoclave. The necessary heat treatment of the devices will be done finally in an oven
