Abstract

The present paper deals with the main results obtained on the HIRENASD wing body configuration, selected as common test case in the numerical aeroelasticity ONERA/DLR cooperation project "NLAS2". In order to assess the aeroelastic prediction capabilities of the flow solvers elsA und TAU, 3 types of simulation have been realized: static coupling, harmonic forced motion and dynamic coupling. Comparisons with experimental data are presented.
