Abstract
This document expresses the answer to the TerraSAR-X Ground Segment Requirements Document [AD- 2]. A preliminary design establishes the basis for the specification of the IOCS requirements, stating what shall be accomplished. The final answer how the required performance can be achieved will be given in the according IOCS design documents.
