Abstract

This volume lays down the top level design of the Instrument Operations and Calibration Segment (IOCS) of TerraSAR-X. An overview of the IOCS internal structure and its interfaces to external entities of the TerraSAR-X ground segment is presented. The intension is to present a guide to IOCS which is composed of three sections and numerous sub-systems. A detailed description of the design is stated precisely in the according Design Documents.
