Kurzfassung
Time Based (TB) localization in communication cellular networks as a complementation to global navigation satellite systems has gained plenty of focuses. Apart from multipath considered in standard communication channel models, the NLoS error, which is defined as the bias in propagated distance between the first path and the geometric LoS, needs to be taken into account. Additionally, in TB localizations, times of arrival from at least 3 different links or base stations are required to solve the 2 dimensional navigation equations. In this paper we analyze of link-level NLoS errors based on a channel measurement campaign. It turns out to be that the NLoS errors for difference links are i.i.d processes.
