Abstract
Im Konzept des Total Airport Management (TAM) sind Verhandlungen die Arbeitsweise, wie Interessensvertreter am Flughafen (Airlines, Flughafen, Flugsicherung) zu gemeinschaftlichen (kooperativen) Entscheidungen bezüglich des Flughafenbetriebs kommen. Der Vortrag stellt das Konzept, sowie erste Ergebnisse von Laborexperimenten bezüglich der optimalen Ausgestaltung der Verhandlungen vor.
