Abstract

A fouth order finite difference Pade scheme is implemented in the structured DLR Code FLOWer for LES simulations on curvelinear grids. Furthermore the Smagorinsky model, the dynamic Smagorinsky model and the selective mixed scale model (SMSM) are used as subgrid scale (SGS) models. As a testcase for LES a flate plate simulation with an inlet Reynold snumber of $Re_{ heta}=1547$ is selected. For the flate plate a rescaling boundary condition is implemented.
