Abstract
A 3 pole circuit breaker was qualified on the vibration test facility MAVIS 1 for resistivity against earthquakes. The test were performed with time history excitation according to the IEC-1166 response spectrum (ZPAɢ.3g). The circuit breaker passed the tests without any mechanical or functional changes.
