Abstract
This operating procedure gives a sumary of the experimental activities to be performed within the Modal Survey test program on the Structural and Thermal Model (STM) of the XMM satellite. The report includes a description of the test methods and procedures as well as a detailed description of the test equipment. A step-by-step operating procedure identifies the individual tasks of the test performance including pre- and post-test activities and defines the respective responsibilities.
