Ground Vibration Tests on the Airbus A321 Aircraft Equipped with IAE V2530-A5 Engines.

Kurzfassung

This report describes the ground vibration tests performed on the first prototype of the Airbus A321 aircraft equipped with IAE V2530-A5 engines. The extensive test program included the aircraft with empty and full tanks, failure cases, extended landing flaps, and landing gear. In all configurations the normal mode parameters were measured including linearity tests. All test results are summarized in this report. The respective tests performed on the second prototype equipped with CFM56-5B engines are described in a separate report.
