Abstract
The basic philosophy and techniques of the interactive parametric grid generation system Megacads are presented. The implemented basic CAD techniques and an elliptic surface grid generation method are described. The modules concept and structure of the program is explained and elliptic grids for multi-element airfoils and 3D surfaces are presented.
