Kurzfassung

Han et al. (2026) in their Letter to the Editor have focused their responses entirely on the question of whether repositioning should be included, or not, as a legitimate proprioceptive test. Perhaps that was our fault in picking such a provocative title for our Opinion Piece (Proske & Weber, 2026). However, in the process, they have overlooked the central point that we wanted to make. The issue is that repositioning can, at times, lead to proprioceptive outcome measures that are likely to be wrong.
