Kurzfassung
The Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC) standard provides a structured approach for linking processes and simplifying data access between heterogeneous tools. Its goal is to establish a uniform and extensible foundation that facilitates collaboration for both tool providers and users. To achieve this, component modeling must also rely on common definitions to enable a consistent interpretation of data structures across tools and process steps. While traditional systems engineering depended heavily on diverse, often non-digital documents to mediate between subsystems, the modern modeling language SysMLv2 enables standardized, model-based communication. Together, OSLC and SysMLv2 represent complementary dimensions of interoperability, with SysMLv2 defining the semantics and relationships within the system model, while OSLC provides the framework for tool integration and seamless data exchange. This paper presents an approach that leverages information from a Common Data Model Definition to standardize access to OSLC APIs and the data of linked processes. This enables more efficient and consistent queries throughout the lifecycle. The approach is demonstrated through the integration of a SysMLv2 model definition with a simulation framework within an OSLC-based process in the field of aircraft engine modeling.
