Abstract

The primary task is to experimentally measure how much lift the Bubble-Bot generates through the Magnus effect. This task will be broken down as follows: Measure lift of the Bubble-Bot without Bubble 1. Integrate a flight controller into a 1:1 Bubble-Bot prototype 2. Test flight controller in flight 3. Optimize a flight controller for Vertical Take-off and Landing (VTOL) and Hovering 4. Measure generated lift 5. Report your findings into a report 6. Familiarize yourself with the theory of the Magnus effect 7. Attach bubble into an existing test rig 8. Report your findings as a final report
