Abstract
Development of an open-source and open-data based tool to assess SDG 11.2, focused on urban public transport accessibility.
Integration of remote sensing data with open data for increased global data availability.
PtAC analyzed urban transport accessibility in 33 cities, demonstrating broad applicability.
Strong correlation with UN-Habitat reference values confirms PtAC’s accuracy and reliability.
Facilitates straightforward and standardized monitoring of urban transport accessibility for SDG monitoring.
