Abstract

Modern high-performance computing systems enable larger numerical simulations than previously possible by utilizing more computing power and a larger degree of parallelization. In order for these simulations to run efficiently, it is necessary to have a good load balance among the processes. This paper deals with the problems that occured during the load balancing with more computing power than previously tested within the FlowSimulator framework and their solutions.
