Abstract

The poster presented at the 11th EMAC symposium describes the photochemical sources of water vapour in full atmospheric chemistry model simulations and includes a comparison to literature and an altitude dependent comparison from EMAC results. Additionally, the scheme of the EMAC submodel H2OEMIS and the corresponding equations are shown. A comparison of water vapour as a zonal mean and timeline representation is included for EMAC and SWOOSH satellite data.
