Abstract

This submission discusses resolutions to the following 11 comment identifications (CIDs) from letter ballot 281 (LB281) of Task Group bf (TGbf) of Draft 3.0 (D3.0). The CID list is: 4014, 4015, 4017, 4045, 4046, 4073, 4074, 4085, 4251, 4284, 4292 Proposed changes in this document are with reference to TGbf D3.0.
