Kurzfassung
In this document the envisaged algorithms and processing steps for the ground moving target indication (GMTI) and maritime moving target indication (MMTI) modes for HAPSAR-Omega radar are presented and discussed. These processing steps include the detection of the targets, the tracking over long observation times, the estimation of the geographical position, the estimation of the velocity and moving direction, and, finally, the generation of a focused radar image or a sequence of focused radar images (= video) for each detected target.
