Abstract

A flight test with a simplified HLFC system on the vertical tail plane of an A320 aircraft was performed in April/May 2018. In this paper we discuss the preparation of the flight test data for evaluation with linear stability theory on the basis of sample measurements. Then we present our correlated transition N-factors and compare them with the results of the A320 flight tests of 1998.
