Abstract

The areas of Earth Observation (EO) are fast evolving, impacting a broad range of application domains. The new capabilities that appear in the EO domain are broadly augmented by the present technological evolution. This chapter presents how EO data can be transformed in knowledge and amplified through artificial intelligence and cloud computing.
