This poster deals with the virtualization of the turbine test facility NG-Turb within the Clean Sky 2 funded project TRANSITION. For this purpose the wind tunnel cycle is presented with its main characteristics. In addition to the benefits and targets of the virtualization the steps for the digital representation of the thermodynamic main components of the facility, the underlying software framework and a first application example are shown.
