By means of Euler computations and Direct Numerical Simulations the vortex wake of a narrow-body wind-tunnel-model in different flight configurations has been investigated. The simulation domain covers in total 45 spans, aircraft configurations are landing, take-off and two configurations with differential flap setting. Special emphasis was put on the influence of atmospheric turbulence on the evolving wake. For the nearfield calculation up to half a span behind the model the DLR-Euler code Tau was used, the downstream flowfield was simulated with the DLR-Direct Numerical Simulation code Mesoscop.
