Abstract

The talk gives a review on interaction constraints in laser-based removal of space debris comprising astrodynamics, laser fluence, momentum uncertainty, thermo-mechanical side-effects, destination orbit uncertainty, hit rate, beam broadening, weather conditions and laser safety.
