Leistungsmessung in der Produktion von Faserverbundbauteilen: Ein generisches Modell zur Abbildung und Bewertung in Bezug auf Kosten, Ressourcen und Umweltverträglichkeit

Abstract

Assessing the performance of composite manufacturing systems is a widely discussed and researched topic beneath scholars and practitioners. This applies to cost, performance and sustainability related issues. In this thesis a mathematical modelling analysis approach is presented. It is based on the description of the detailed flows in the production system. The model is developed to ensure scalability of the assessment on different system levels. The emphasis of the description is placed on the modelling of small units of action called activities. This model enables the system analysis based on information gathered about the associated flows. The global system assessment is derived from the activity level regarding selected performance, cost, and sustainability measures. The result is a holistic assessment methodology considering the central aspects of production performance. The applicability of this model is examined by a case study of a prcess and its activities within manufacturing of composite structures.
