Abstract

Sicherheit durch systematische Personalauswahl Erkenntnisse und Beispiele aus der Luftfahrt. Anhand von Beispielen wie z.B. Flugunfällen wird die Systematik der Eignungsfeststellung in der Luftfahrt vorgestellt. Darüber hinaus werden die Ergebnisse von Anforderungsanalysen für medizinische Fachrichtungen vorgestellt.
