Abstract
This note describes the input and output files required for the application of HOTSOSE. The program computes the total aerodynamic coefficients and the surface flow variables using surface inclination methods and approximate methods to evaluate the heat transfer and skin friction coefficient for perfect gas or chemical reacting air in thermochemical equilibrium. With regard to the theory behind HOTSOSE, important general comments or reference calculations, references [1],[2],[3] have to be taken into account.
