Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of a fault-arc-detection for the use in mobile robotic systems. To develop a proper algorithm to seperate the influence of an fault-arc from the system-based noise, the current in a system was measured which is typical for mobile robotic systems. Serial electric discharges were provocated to gather enough data for alorithm development. This data was processed by using a short time fourier transforamtion to make changes in spectrum visible. Two alorithms were developed using MATLAB 20017b and test by applying them to the measuring data. To validate the most promising algorithm a measuring circuit was simulated using LTSpiceXVII and implemented. It was attached to a STM32F7 development-board. A processor compareable to a STM32F7 was one restriction of this bacherlor thesis.
