Abstract

The aim of the Clean Sky Programme is to identify, develop and validate key technologies necessary to achieve major steps towards the ACARE environmental goals for 2020. Cross-positioned within this programme, the Technology Evaluator is a dedicated evaluation platform with the key role of assessing the environmental impact of technologies developed in Clean Sky and their level of success towards these ACARE environmental goals. This paper presents the environmental assessment at airport level performed by the Technology Evaluator: the approach, including the tool suite, and the provisional results from the 2016 (and final) assessment.
