Abstract
This report is associated to the implementation of the software tool Crosswind-Stability using the Modelica/Dymola simulation environment. In the initial version, to be introduced here, the software is aligned according to the state-of-the-art in crosswind assessment methods., defined by two standards, the DIN EN 14067-6 and the TSI HS RST.
