Abstract
The presentation shows the Project EIWis and the idea behind DLR‘s new approach to Knowledge Management. Activities at DLR to strengthen the Knowledge Management approach are shown: 9 measures to implement the first step of EIWis and Tools and techniques for the next steps. Organizational cultural aspects are regarded as well.
