Kurzfassung
This document is part of the output of Task 2 of the “Study of Multi-Channel Ka-Band SARs for Moving Target Indication” conducted in the frame of the ESA/ESTEC Contract No. 4000105042. It contains the deliverables D2 “MTI-SAR: Preliminary system concepts definition, trade-off- and performance assessment for land-based MTI applications” and D3 “MTI-SAR: Preliminary system concepts definition, trade-off- and performance assessment for ocean-based MTI applications”. Additionally a description of the computer models CM1 is contained. This document also contains the results conducted in the frame of the CONTRACT CHANGE NOTICE No. 1 (CCN1). The goal of the CCN1 was to define and investigate novel high-resolution wide-swath moving target indication (HRWS-GMTI) algorithms and system operation modes which allow for both simultaneously, HRWS imaging and low PRF MTI.
