Abstract

This document explains the changes to HOTSOSE 1.87, which were performed to eliminate multiple grave errors while using HOTSOSE. These problems occurred on several configurations, e.g. the SpaceLiner concept and the REX Free Flyer. The nature of these is manifold and ranges from mistakes in the atmosphere calculations to imperfectly implemented routines. Furthermore there are given a few pieces of advice in order to facilitate the generation of correct results. The updated version number is HOTSOSE 1.9.
