Abstract

A step-by-step procedure for the identification/calibration of the unified Chaboche constitutive model´s parameters is detailed in the present paper. Experimental data from a strain-controlled uniaxial cyclic test carried out at 900 K using a cost efficient copper-based alloy are used for the validation of the identification procedure. The predictions of the model with optimized parameters are compared to the experiments.
