Abstract

Ein kurzer sozio-techischer Einblick in dasw Verständnis und die damit verbundenen Risiken von Energie-Autonomie. Auf lokaler Ebene mündet das Bestreben nach Autonomie in einer systemischen Anomie, auf regionaler Ebene finden sich Synergieeffekte, auf nationaler Ebene sind Energiekooperationen sinnvoll und effektiv. Die Risiken liegen in einer Schaffung von Überkapazitäten und erhöhten Kosten. Die Chancen liegen in Kooperation und Synergien für ein funktionierendes, sicheres EE-EVS.
