Conclusion of research toward social scenarios, regarding the aspect of communication and participation in long-term changes. Indicating social dimensions of social scenarios and philosophical determinants towards the transition of the energy supply system in Germany to renewables resources. Thesis about coherent changes in the traditional paradigma of central energy system establishment to new decentral implementation of the energy system elements of energy generation, storage and grid system
