The Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and the German Aerospace Centre (DLR) started cooperation in 2013. Both parties want to perform research in the fields of air traffic management. One part of this cooperation is the setup of validation infrastructure at NTU. Among others a tower simulator shall be built. The DLR supports the NTU at this task by collecting requirements, driving the design and controlling the implementation. This document contains the specification for the NTU tower simulator. Within the first chapters the selected design, proposed by DLR and agreed with NTU is described. Afterwards the specification from the projection system to the working positions is given. The last chapters offer a summarized list which can be used for collective tender. For example if displays for all working positions shell be purchased together.
