Abstract
The Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and the German Aerospace Centre (DLR) started cooperation in 2013. Both parties want to perform research in the fields of air traffic management. One part of this cooperation is the setup of validation infrastructure at NTU. Among others a radar simulator shall be built. The DLR supports the NTU at this task by collecting requirements, driving the design and controlling the implementation. This document provides information about requirements for space, other building related requirements and IT-hardware for the forthcoming simulation centre at the NTU which will be named Air Traffic Management Research Institute (ATMRI). The requirements herein are given for the ACC Simulator (also referred to as radar simulator). The information given below shall be used to provide general information about room requirements for the ATMRI simulators and the needed equipment to build up a radar simulation centre at NTU. These data shall be understood as formal requirements for the room layout and the hardware which shall be used.
