Kurzfassung

The presentation addresses the customer orientation in air transportation looking at the different stakeholders like aircraft manufacturer, airlines, airport and the passenger. As a mojor outcome of the analysis a more process but stakeholder oriented development is requested to improve overall quality of air transportation
