Abstract
The space experiment Cellular Response to Radiation in Space (CELLRAD) will be performed in the Biolab of International Space Station (ISS) to analyze the combined effects of radiation, microgravity and space relevant conditions on human cells, especially with respect to DNA damage and repair, activation of NF-kB pathway, chromosome damage and survival under space conditions.
