SUM Overall System Integration and Tests Completed

Abstract

This document is the “Overall system integration and tests completed” of the Surveillance in an Urban environment using Mobile sensors Project, corresponding to the Contract A-0827-RT-GC[AD. 2] of the “Defence R&T Joint Investment Programme on Force Protection” (A-0120-RT-GC) under the Call “Data Analysis, including Data Fusion from various Sources” (A-0444-RT-GC). The purpose of this document is to compile the procedures fulfilled and the tests conducted to ensure that the SUM demonstrator is in conditions to hold an experimentation campaign within the scope of WP8 Demonstration. These experiments will allow assessing the technological lines and approaches explored and developed in the SUM project and drawing conclusions for future initiatives in similar fields. Therefore, this document addresses the integration of the stand-alone subsystems (radar, radiometer, cameras and data fusion engine) into the final overall demonstrator.
