Abstract

Using a turbine stator cascade experimental investigations concerning coolant ejection were performed applying QLS and PIV. The QLS technique enables for tracing the coolant moving downstream while the PIV technique allows for detecting the reduced strength of the trailing edge shock when the coolant is ejcted.
