Abstract
Eine neue Formulierung der Discrete Mode Matching DMM) Methode als allgemeines Feldabtastverfahren und deren Erweiterung zur Berechnung von nicht-planaren, geschichteten Mikrowellenstrukturen wird vorgestellt. Die erweiterte DMM-Methode wird zur Analyse von nicht-planaren "koplanaren" Strukturen verwendet.
