Abstract

The topic of this talk is the role of clouds in the Earth’s climate system, and how transport emissions alter this role by * changing the frequency of cloud occurrence and cloud lifetimes * changing cloud amounts and fractional coverage * modifying cloud microphysical and optical properties.
