NeuPro Plus - Identifikation, Analyse und Bewertung von Maßnahmen zur wirtschaftlichen Optimierung der Eisenbahnleit- und sicherungstechnik

Abstract

NeuPro Plus leistet als Forschungsprojekt einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Optimierung der Lebenszykluskosten (LCC) der Eisenbahnleit- und Sicherungstechnik (LST) und trägt damit zu verbesserter Wirtschaftlichkeit der Infrastruktur bei. Der Artikel fasst einen Teil des Vorgehens und der Ergebnisse von NeuPro Plus zusammen. Angefangen von der systematischen Identifikation der Kostensenkungspotenziale der LST wird an zwei Beispielen dargestellt, wie diese Potenziale mit Methoden der Systemmodellierung und -analyse untersucht wurden. Die Systemanalyse deckt die komplexen Zusammenhänge bei der Entstehung der LCC auf, so dass die Auswirkungen von Kostensenkungsmaßnahmen auf die LCC quantifizierbar werden. Damit wird eine abschließende Bewertung und somit auch ein Vergleich der Auswirkungen unterschiedlicher Maßnahmen möglich. As a research project NeuPro Plus provides an important contribution to the optimisation of life cycle costs (LCC) of the railway signalling system (LST). Hence it improves the economic efficiency of the infrastructure. This paper summarises a part of the approach and the results of NeuPro Plus. It describes the systematic identification of cost reducing potentials of the LST and then shows how these potentials are analysed with methods of system modelling and system analysis. The application of these methods reveals the complex interactions in the development of LCC, so that the effects of cost reducing activities to the LCC can be quantified. That enables the concluding rating and therefore the comparison of effect of different cost reducing activities.
