Abstract
The present paper addresses the development,qualification trials and application of somemodern measurement techniques suitable foroperation in the pressurised cryogenic windtunnel ETW. Enhanced online modeldeformation measurement systems as well as techniques for boundary layer analysis like hot-films, hot-wire arrays and copolymers are described and the progress on the developmentof cryo-PSP and cryo-TSP is reported. Theconsiderations for an establishment of cryo-PIV are presented.
